Over the past few months, I've been going through a lot pain, both mental & physical, and have needed local support like shopping & contact, over tea, coffee or a pint. I've made some fine friends, and they are all on the local groups here in Wells, on FB.
During a week I may get out once or twice to the market if I'm lucky. In the last week I went to the market on Wednesday, and paid for it on Thursday & Friday. The pain in my hip & knee was like getting burnt, and I spent most of each day in bed.
I now have a telephone appointment tomorrow, with the Orthopedic Team, as to having a Hip replacement, and if needed, a knee replacement. ABOUT BLOODY TIME TOO.
As to here on dA, because I've been so out of it, I'm having to delete all of the work that you've put up for me to see. I'm so sorry that this has to happen. I need to start afresh, as it would take more than a month of Sundays to play catch up.
